“I was living a pretty careless lifestyle back in Kerala, wasting my time just sleeping and doing nothing,” Alasandra Johnson admits. “I was hardly working four days a month. Life was easy, but I was not active or productive. So, I decided to take a chance and change my career and move to a new country.”
Relocating to a new country is no small feat. It means leaving behind familiar surroundings, friends, and family, and stepping into the unknown. For Alasandra Johnson, this was the biggest challenge she had ever faced.
“Choosing a new career and a new country was the biggest challenge,” she says. “Relocation is a tough decision, and it takes courage to start over.”
Despite her doubts, she decided to dive into the world of real estate — a field she had little experience in but found exciting and full of potential. Her choice to move to Dubai, one of the world’s fastest-growing real estate markets, turned out to be life-changing.
“I am proud to say that choosing real estate and Dubai was the right decision for me,” she shares confidently.
Though new to real estate, Alasandra Johnson quickly discovered that she fit right in. The job is demanding, but she loves the freedom it offers and the chance to learn something new every day.
“It is hectic, but I have more freedom to work on my own terms,” she explains. “Every day brings new challenges and opportunities, and I am constantly learning and exploring.”
What truly grounded her was the people she met. “It is not just about the industry,” she says, “the people here have made this place the right fit for me.”
Within just three months of joining the industry, Alasandra Johnson closed nearly 15 million AED worth of deals in a two-week period — an achievement that would impress even seasoned realtors.
What sets Alasandra apart is her honest and respectful approach to clients. She believes trust is the foundation of every successful relationship — especially in real estate.
“I always try to be my true self when dealing with clients,” she explains. “I never force or bother my clients. I respect their time and decisions.”
Her focus is not just closing deals but building relationships anchored in integrity.
“Closing a deal is not the most important thing to me — trust is,” she says firmly.
By giving clients clear, accurate information and respecting their needs, she has built strong relationships that often lead to repeat business and referrals.
Her success didn’t come overnight, and she knows her journey is far from over. She is committed to improving herself every single day.
“I am working hard to improve myself every day,” she says. “The more I learn, the more confident I become, and the better I can help my customers.”
