With her signature blend of beauty, wellness, and wisdom, she’s proving that true radiance starts from within. Yasmin Teimoori is a wellness pioneer, serial entrepreneur, content creator, and mother of three including a child with Down syndrome. But more than any title, Yasmin is a builder of businesses, identities, and safe spaces for women in places where they often go unseen.
Her story is one of resilience, strategy, and refusing to wait for permission.
Raised in post-revolution Tehran, Yasmin grew up in a culture thick with restriction, expectation, and emotional silence. Even as a child, she sensed a misalignment between who she was internally and what her environment tried to make her. She earned her degree in IT Software Engineering from Iran’s Azad University and went on to complete an MBA from the University of Wales but even as she checked those boxes, something deeper was calling.
At just 20 years old, Yasmin made a life-altering decision: she would leave Iran. Her plan was to move to the United States. But destiny intervened.
Dubai became her new home and the start of everything.
Her first job in Dubai was with the Hyatt hotel group as a receptionist and swimming coach at their health club and spa. It was grounding, humbling work and it reconnected her with wellness, people, and her passion for hospitality. She didn’t know it then, but the idea for her future business was being quietly born.
Still, the next chapter came from an entirely different world.
In 2005, just a year after arriving in Dubai, Yasmin entered the real estate market—a bold move for a young woman in a male-dominated, high-stakes industry. She didn’t just survive—she excelled.
By her early twenties, she co-founded a successful real estate agency, navigating a fast-moving, competitive market with zero room for error. Her combination of intuition, hustle, and emotional intelligence made her a standout.
Then came 2008 the global financial crisis. As the economy crashed, Yasmin was juggling a collapsing market, the birth of her third son who was diagnosed with Down syndrome and an overwhelming sense of burnout.
But instead of breaking down, she broke through.
In 2011, Yasmin Teimoori launched Morning Glory Health Club & Spa, the first integrated wellness center in Dubai created by a woman, for women. It was revolutionary: a full-spectrum space combining fitness, spa, wellness, and beauty treatments under one roof.
Morning Glory wasn’t a business idea it was a cultural reset. At a time when women’s spaces were often fragmented, secret, or sidelined, Yasmin created a sanctuary where women could gather, restore, and rise fully seen, fully themselves.
For over a decade, it thrived. And in 2024, recognizing the evolution of both the market and her own purpose, Yasmin sold the business and entered her next chapter.
Behind every professional win, Yasmin was navigating the raw, relentless world of motherhood. Raising three boys, including one with special needs, meant living between extremes pitch meetings and therapy sessions, puberty crises and business pivots.
It wasn’t always graceful. But it was real. Yasmin didn’t hide her challenges—she used them to sharpen her intuition and deepen her sense of purpose.
Now in her 40s, Yasmin Teimoori leads a suite of ventures focused on women’s empowerment, beauty-tech, and self-alignment:
